Using Folders in Bondage.com Email Create Folders
Go to your Inbox. Click the link labeled: Manage Folders. It's toward the top of the page, at the far right-hand side of the list of email actions. A page titled Folder Management will open and show you a list of your current email folders. All the names of folders are clickable links. At the top of the list you will see: Inbox Sent Mail These folders are permanent and cannot be deleted. Below them, you'll see any folders you have added. Each will have a checkbox to the right. Check this box if you want to delete the folder. The emails in that folder will return to your Inbox when the folder is deleted. Below the folders you have added (if any), there is a space for you to create a New Folder. Just click in the box to type in the desired name of folder. The folder name limit is 20 characters. Some folders you may want to create: Email to Answer, Email from Hotlist, Email from Friends. Once you have created some folders, you can click the Inbox link to make all changes - but none will be made unless you click update. Clicking the Update button takes you back to the Folder Management page. You will see your new folder in its proper alphabetical place among the folders you've added. To get off the Folder Management page, click Inbox. That will take you to your inbox, where you can sort individual emails into your new folders. To Sort Email into Folders In the Inbox, there is a checkbox between the envelope icon (which shows whether you've opened or answered an email) and the email subject line. Click the checkbox to select each email you wish to add to a specific folder. You can select one or many at a time. Choose the folder where you'd like to file them from the pulldown menu. Inbox is always the first on the list, but others will show up as you click the pulldown. Then click the button labeled Move Selected To. All the emails with a checked box will be moved to the selected folder.
