Too much anticipation or sensory deprivation taking over ?

I know the feeling all too well and have learnt to almost meditate back to normal - an unfortunate side effect is that I can sometimes doze off, so hope you were awake for the main event.

So glad you were able to restore equilibrium in time to enjoy what all that preparation was for!

When those opportunities are so rare and so fleeting, every "heartbeat" counts. So don't waste them in panic attacks!
