Take a high volume hose, or some other method of containing water that won't burst easily. Flatten it out. Stretch you out hanging from a ceiling, arms high above your body. Wrap said water vessel around your body again and again, making sure there are no kinks. Not too tight, but enough that it is constricting and won't fall off. Then wrap you in metal, crimping, bolting, or otherwise securing the ends together to also constrict over your body and the water vessel.
