Saline Breast Infusion

Is there anyone out there that is familiar with this procedure? I once saw this topic on another fetish site. I am interested in learning more about it and also finding someone near me who has experience administering this particular practice. For those other cd's out there who may be curious. It is a medical procedure that infuses saline into your breasts and makes them grow temporarily.

I have read that it lasts anywhere to four or five hours or maybe a bit longer. In most cases from what I've learned your breasts grow to a natural D cup.
