How can they fix the Im? It is getting really annoying that
each and every time I try and talk with someone they are never
there and I waste my points. If they aren’t there either
we should be notified or given the points back we used. I
have used thousands on people that are not on but it says

you lose the connection with each other , then when you

I can't be the only person this has happened to. <br><br>
You notice someone relatively local to you appears to be
on IM. You refresh IM and they are still there. You take a
chance and say hello (as a standard member losing 10 points
in the process), there is nothing to say the message has
been delivered or read - which usually means they actually
aren't on IM - but the 10 ...
